This
Neighbourhood was built and first occupied in 1993. It's comprised of detached
homes ranging from small with single garages, much larger with up to
a triple garage.
The Neighbourhood is located in the central and eastern portion of
town, The Georgina Ice Palace with community centre and
Library are tucked into the corner of the Neighbourhood,
convenient walking distance for the residents of the Neighbourhood.
Also conveniently located nearby is a large Canadian Tire store,
Harvey's & Coffee Shop.
In the centre of this Neighbourhood
there is a large open park with children's playground equipment.
Across from the park is the public Elementary Public School.
Because this Neighbourhood sits high on a hill and only
2 blocks to the lake, some of the homes have a view of
the lake from their upper levels,
It's only a five minute, 2 block walk to the lake. |

About Georgina |
| Keswick
Once known as Medina, Keswick is the largest
urban community within the Town of Georgina. Originally a village
within the former Township of North Gwillimbury before being
amalgamated with the Township of Georgina and Village of Sutton to
form the Town of Georgina. Keswick remains unique to this day as a
commuter homestead with a number of shopping areas and attractions
snaking along the lakeshore and nearby agricultural areas. Public and private beaches and
marinas are also scattered throughout the area. The south-western
portion of Keswick is known as the Keswick Marsh, part of the World
Famous Holland Marsh. |
